Never Mind Her was started in October 2004, and its name a variation of Nirvana’s “Nevermind” album and the name of my fantasy basketball team from 2000.
I use this forum to improve my writing and grammar skills and to display my artwork. I also have a photoblog called Cartophobic where I show off my larger photographic projects.
As for me, I’m in my late 20s, and I draw boxes for a living. Actually, I’m a copy editor/paginatrix for a newspaper.
Some random things about me:
- As far as content management on this site, I have only used Textpattern as my guide.
- I probably own seven cameras of various eras and forms, 1,300 Happy Meal toys and 400 CDs.
- Yet, I only have nine downloaded albums. This fact makes me 34 according to surveys on music lovers’ buying habits.
- I have seven years of experience in dance. The ones I’ve tried are jazz, ballet, tap, African and hip-hop.
- I have played nearly all percussion instruments, and my favorites are the timpani drums and marimba.
- I have the same birthday as one of my favorite actresses, Maggie Gyllenhaal.
- I learned to ride a two-wheeled bicycle when I was 10. That’s pretty late for most kids.
- I never used a pre-made template. I really like to use my own creations.
- I also make custom content for the Sims 2. One of my creations made to the finals of a contest in 2007.
