WFU Homecoming 2004

This is my favorite photo from homecoming. It's around the fourth quarter of the game when Florida State keeps the football away from Wake Forest to win the game. However, it's the lights that really get the photo.

I took this photo at the beginning of the third quarter thinking that this might be the biggest lead Wake would have at 14-3. I was right. Florida State made a second half surge and won 17-14. I expected us to lose by 30 points or so.

I was about 20 rows from the field, giving me a good seat near the 20 yardline. This was early in the first half.

This is Wait Chapel on the Quad at Wake Forest University. The sight of it brings back memories. I used to live in two dorms on the Quad.

Following the football game, there was free basketball event at Joels Colesium across from the Groves Stadium. This is from the Alumni Basketball Game before the first '04-05 scrimmage. To the far right is Mugsy Bogges.

Behind the trees is the Scales Fine Arts Center. I spent most of my Wake life in this building with my art and dance classes. It even has a swing set.
